Strength Training @ the Library



This all started with an arm wresting challenge.

Fill your water bottles with sand...
Weigh them on our scale...
Begin lifting...

This led to push ups with sand bags on our backs. 
Making punching bags.
Doing hand Stands.

Later Nurse Sandy helped us find our heart rate.  She talked about resting heart rates and that everyone's in different so it is good to keep track.
